Paxos is holding ‘constructive discussions’ with SEC.

Stablecoin issuer Paxos is having a “constructive discussion” with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Chief Executive Officer Charles Cascarilla said. News of the talks comes a week after Paxos said it received a Wells Notice from the regulator.

Stablecoins are critical for mainstream crypto adoption.

Even with the recent Securities and Exchange Commission crackdown on crypto assets – including stablecoins – the most logical and sensible path for mass crypto adoption remains via stablecoins, according to experts.

BNB-Bitcoin ratio falls.

BNB, the native token of the Binance-initiated blockchain network BNB Chain, is losing ground against bitcoin in the wake of regulatory action against Binance-branded dollar-pegged stablecoin BUSD.

The IFO Expectations is regarded as an indicator of business expectations for the next six months. It is based on a survey in which firms rate the future outlook as better, same, or worse.
